    Toad Hall: Make It Your Own

    Toad Hall, a former tractor shed tastefully converted into a working events space, is a versatile venue offering the ultimate seclusion and privacy. Step through the door into the 20ft x 45ft main hall, complete with wooden floors and a working wood burner, open the French windows and walk across the beautiful and secluded flat lawn surrounded by mature trees.  


    Enjoy the peaceful surroundings in the middle of the idyllic Cotswold countryside.  Just minutes away from Tetbury and Cirencester, Toad Hall is the perfect venue for those who want to make a venue their own. 


    Toad Hall can accommodate up to 80 unseated and has space outside for a marquee to seat 120.  For seated events indoors, we can accommodate up to 40 depending on table configurations.

    A versatile space for your corporate events. We can set up either conference-style seating for presentations on the projector screen or round tables for dining. For team building activities, we can offer an emptied indoor space or you can take advantage of our generous outdoor space during warmer months.

    A life well lived is a life worth celebrating!  Toad Hall offers complete privacy to celebrate the life of a loved one and share treasured memories.  A projector screen and sound system also enables you share photo presentations of their life.

    Please reach us at info@toadhalltetbury.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question and we will be more than happy to help.

    We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid 1 week prior to the event.

    Toad Hall can fit up to 80 people standing inside and up to 40 people seated indoors.

    For outdoors, we can accommodate a lot more, depending on the setup.  We would be happy to talk you through the options for this.

    Yes - Toad Hall has a large, flat lawn which is suitable for a marquee up to 9m in width.  We can recommend some local marquee suppliers if needed.

    Toad Hall also has two outdoor gazebos which you can add to your packages (please see our 'Prices' page for further info). 

    Yes, we have WiFi, a projector screen and audio which is perfect for presentations - both for photo slideshows and corporate keynotes.

    Toad Hall is located within Trull Farm, a working farm with its own resident dogs.  For this reason we ask that only guide dogs visit.

    Our facilities include:

    • Additional "Wild Wood" room; great as a bar, food prep area, cloakroom or creche


    Whilst we are not able to offer food and drink ourselves, we would be happy to recommend local caterers who are able to provide these.  We do not charge any extra fees (i.e. corkage) for this but we do ask that you kindly clear up at the end of the event.

    Yes, alcohol is allowed in our event space. However, please note that you will need a licensed bartender to serve alcohol.
